Packing
All TecCast products have individual component
labels attached during the manufacturing process.

These labels detail all critical information such as
Client, Site, Descriptive, Weight etc. Also contained
within the label information are production batch
information, production date etc. allowing full
tracking within the manufacturing operations.

During the packing process the bar coded data on
each label is scanned using hand held computers
which update our sales order processing system
and produce full pallet manifests which accompany
each delivery.

All units are suitably packed onto purpose made
pallets which are specifically designed to avoid
product overhang – a major cause of site damage.

Yard Storage
All completed pallets are moved into our 6 acre,
hard landscaped, storage yard. Each individual
consignment is assigned a dedicated storage bay
prior to despatch to the customer. No products are
then moved until they are loaded onto the delivery
vehicle.
