All TecCast products are manufactured using a
unique and technically advanced process from a
blend of crushed and graded aggregates, cements,
waterproofing agents, additives and where required
colouring pigments.

The entire batching and mix delivery operation
is fully automated and controlled by highly
sophisticated computer systems ensuring the
optimum water/cement ratio so critical in the
manufacture of this type of material.

Within forty minutes of casting units are moved
directly into our state-of-the-art curing chambers
where they are subjected to a controlled
temperature and relative humidity environment
for at least 8 hours.

This revolutionary and high tech manufacturing
system has allowed TecCast to become the first and
only cast stone production process to be awarded
British Board of Agrément certification.
